Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • All original packaging, components, and rulebooks must be included
  • The item must be in its original shrink wrap if applicable

Non-Returnable Items:

To protect all our fellow gamers, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used games (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized items like engraved deck boxes or gaming accessories
  • Downloadable content or digital game components
  • Clearance items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

Exchanges
