We know you’re eager to get your new games to the table, so we process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your games to you:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for when you need your games faster
- Includes tracking information
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for larger orders where you can wait a bit longer
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes a game doesn’t click with your group like you hoped (we’ve all been there). Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as explaining rules to a new player.
Return Policy Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all components and packaging
- Original shrink wrap: Required if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our gaming community, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used games (unless defective)
- Custom/personalized items (engraved deck boxes, etc.)
- Downloadable content or digital components
- Clearance items marked “final sale”
- Board game organizers (Broken Token, Meeple Realty, Go7 Gaming, Folded Space products)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps (easier than teaching Twilight Imperium!):
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Package securely – Use original packaging when possible

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error (like sending the wrong game). For valuable items like imported games or premium organizers, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll email you about approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Your bank may take additional time to post the refund – like waiting for that perfect card draw!
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different game? Just indicate this in your return request. We’ll process the exchange after receiving your return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your game arrives damaged (missing miniatures, torn cards, etc.):

- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
